Weddings at Wild Horse Coastal Estate, Corolla, NC.

You could see the love in Kimberly’s and Shawn’s eyes as they couldn’t keep their eyes off of each other. And the laughter and easy grace of Kimberly and Shawn made their wedding day even more perfect than it was. Kim wore a beautiful dress with an embroidered front and V-neck with white pearls, which went perfectly with Shawn’s black waistcoat. Her beautiful flower bouquet provided the splashes of colors needed to make the pictures more complete. The bridesmaids were dressed in peach dresses with unique styles.

The place that Shawn and Kimberly adore the most is the beach and that is what made this such a perfect venue for their wedding. They tied the knot and made their love eternal on  at Wild Horse Coastal Estate, Corolla, NC. And the beach provided the most perfect and idyllic backdrop that one could imagine. It truly captured their happiness at the start of their new journey together.

​The bright and happy smiles showed how much fun they were having in the pictures. Kim’s smile actually lighted up the entire wedding party, and her smile seemed to fuel Shawn’s infectious laughter.
One of the best feelings for a destination wedding photographer is to see how the couple lights up in their favorite place, and that is what happened with Kim and Shawn.
The reception also showcased their love for the beach – the place setting cards were actually seashells with the guests’ names on them. The wedding cake had an anchor on the side, and the cake itself was in beautiful splashes of blue and peach. The cupcakes surrounding the cake were peach as well, with little anchors on top of them.
The couple also had a huge anchor where guests could write their messages and good wishes for the happy couple.
You have to give it up for the creativity of this couple.
